Great Music - Horowitz plays Scarlatti

For Music Lovers, another gem from Vladimir Horowitz.  This is from his famous 1986 recital in Moscow.  Horowitz had returned to play for the first time in Russia since he fled the Soviet Union in the 1920s.  The concert was televised worldwide.  This Scarlatti sonata (in B Minor), one of his signature pieces, shows Horowitz' incredible mastery of dynamics and color.  Not a bad performance for a guy in his 80s.  (A side note - if you want to see the face of real music appreciation, take note of the faces in the audience.)
